Madame X show the I attended on November 10th was a stroke of luck for our crowd. The instrumental group from Portugal playing Madonna covers started around 10:36, following about 30 minutes of the show. We were all happy campers, unlike other audiences who faced 60-90 minute delays before the show started. The show made references to the current state of the world, serving as a feast for the senses. Even though I had the Madame X cd, the songs came to life for me during the show. The strategically chosen "oldies" mixed well with the show's storyline. Being in the eighth row center, the crowd was on its feet for almost the entire 2+ hour show. Madonna looked and sounded fabulous, remaining relevant and woke.
